Help us build the largest social enterprise dedicated to helping women and people of colour get access to tech opportunities. We are looking for exceptional people who are experienced professionals in their fields and looking for an opportunity to give back. 

These are pro-bono positions. We operate remotely across the UK and Ireland. The time commitment is between 2-3 hours per week. We work very collaboratively and efficiently, and require team members to touch base virtually on a biweekly basis for an hour to align on upcoming initiatives.

 

Senior Social Media Manager 

You will help AIT better reach our audience  by accelerating growth and engagement across our social media channels. Our ideal candidate lives and breathes social media and truly understands what works, and what doesn’t across the fast evolving social media platforms. 

This role will be responsible for: 

• Creating original social media content for Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, FB
• Engaging in important conversations across our social media platforms 
  
• Re-sharing interesting information/valuable content with our followers
• Ensuring content is integrated across all touchpoints – web, video, email etc. 
• Measuring and reporting on performance

• Growing the existing follower base

Senior Marketing Design Manager

You will help us evolve the AIT brand. Our ideal candidate has a creative mindset and experience graphic design, brand management, or is a marketing generalist with similar experience.  

This role will be responsible for: 

• Developing marketing design artefacts campaigns for our upcoming events. 
• Creating designs for marketing campaigns
  
• Developing business related marketing materials.

What success looks like in this role:

• Ensure brand consistency across All in Tech our touch points 
• Comfortable using design tools like Canva, and Figma
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management 

Senior Front-end Developer

You will help create and evolve our website and services. Our ideal candidate has experience in web development or software development, which will enable them to leverage their professional expertise to give back to the industry. 

This role will be responsible for:

• Assessing technical feasibility of new initiatives from All in Tech
• Designing and implementing new features on our website
• Working collaboratively to maintain our website

What success looks like in this role: 

• Competent in the field of web development
• Collaborates with our marketing and program operations teams to deliver a seamless user experience to our audience
• Self-starter and reliable
